French Space Operation Act

This is the introduction page of the CNES flight dynamic tools developed in the frame of the French Space Operation Act (FSOA, LOS in french).

We can find:

  • STELA, an orbital propagator based on a semi analytic integration method of the orbital parameters.
  • ELECTRA, a tool allowing to compute the risk to do a victim for launch failure cases or spacecraft reentry.
  • DEBRISK, a tool allowing to simulate atmospheric reentry of space debris taking into account aerothermodynamics effects.

Only STELA and DEBRISK are directly downloadable. For ELECTRA, a preliminary demand is needed.

A new version DEBRISK 3.5.2 is now available for download.

This version corrects and improves the tool usage. A release note on the tool webpage lists the changes.

The user guide of DEBRISK methodology is now available in English.
